Crescent Spur Heli-Skiing offers a 5% commission for group bookings for a group booking of 9 or more persons into our Semi-Private Package. Our Private Group packages already have this discount built into the package price.
In order to qualify for the group booking commission, the following criteria must be met:
- The group leader/organizer calls our office and requests the number of spaces to be held.
- Crescent Spur will hold the group spaces for 3 weeks after the initial request.
- By the end of the 3 weeks, the group leader will have provided Crescent Spur with a list of names and contact information for each member of the group, as well as a nonrefundable deposit for each name.
- Crescent Spur will issue a receipt to each individual for the deposit made by the group leader on his/her behalf and will handle the distribution of information, including the Release of Liability.
- After the 3 week deadline, any spaces that are not deposited for will be released back into the booking pool.
- Crescent Spur will issue an invoice to the group leader in advance of final payment time. It is the responsibility of the group leader to collect final payment from each group member and to remit the final payment to Crescent Spur in one payment. Commission will only be paid for those spaces whose final payment is received by the due date.
- As with the deposit, Crescent Spur will issue receipts for the final payment to each group member.
- Commission will be paid to the group leader during the ski week, and not before. It is up to the discretion of the group leader to determine what to do with the commission.
- Crescent Spur Heli Skiing cannot guarantee that all members of your group will ski together. We reserve the right to form the groups.
